Create a Manual Replication Sync Job
The following steps will create a one-time replication sync job. This can be useful for testing, or to run an on-demand replication outside of the normal schedule.
- From the Top Menu, click Backup / DR -> Outgoing Syncs
- Select the desired outgoing sync
- From the left menu, click View
- Scroll to the Snapshot Queue section, click + New Sync
- Set the Retention to the desired period
- Additional Options
- Do not expire snapshot - The snapshot will never expire and must be deleted manually.
- Prefix the snapshot - Prefix the snapshot with the desired text
- Make the snapshot immutable - See Immutable Snapshots for more information
- Click Submit
